MAJOR ON GOING SCHEMES

1. Chandwad & 44 Villages WSS, Tal . Chandwad,District Nashik.

The scheme is administratively approved for Rs. 2906.42 lakhs on 3.12.1996. The source of the scheme is head works in the submergence of the Ozarkhed Dam in Dindori taluka. The designed capacity of the scheme is 8.70 MLD. The 44 villages having population of 1,12,680 souls will be supplied water @ 55 LPCD after completion of the scheme.

At present 53% works are completed. The up-to-date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs. 1540 Lakhs.

2. 38 Villages WSS in Yeola Taluka, District Nashik.

The scheme is administratively approved for Rs. 5083.52 lakhs on 17.3.1999. The source of the scheme is Left Bank Canal Of Palkhed Dam & water is let out in the balancing tank. Head works is located in the Balancing Tank. Total designed capacity of the scheme is 11.20 MLD. The 38 villages having population of 1,42,600 souls will be supplied water @ 55 LPCD after completion of the scheme.

At present 31% works are completed. The up-to-date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs. 1577 Lakhs.

3. Ozar & Sakora WSS, taluka Dindori & Niphad Dist. Nashik.

The scheme is administratively approved for Rs. 2327.65 lakhs on 20.12.1997. The source of the scheme is head works in the submergence of Palkhed Dam. The designed capacity of the scheme is 18 MLD. The 4 villages having population of 171925 souls will be supplied water @ 55 lpcd after completion of the scheme.

At present 62% works are completed. The up-to-date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs. 1481 Lakhs.

4. Dahiwal & 25 villages WSS, Tal. Malegaon, Dist. Nashik.

The scheme is administratively approved for Rs. 2393.15 lakhs. The source of the scheme is head works in the submergence of the Girna Dam. The designed capacity of the scheme is 9 MLD. The 26 villages having population 133738 souls will be supplied water @ 55 lpcd after completion of the scheme.

At present 36% works are completed.The up-to-date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs. 862 Lakhs.
