MAJOR ON GOING SCHEMES

1 . Adgaon & 15 Villages , Tal. Erandol, Dist. Jalgaon.

The scheme is administratively approved for Rs. 1062.37 lakhs on 12.8.98. The source of the scheme is headwork in the Submergence or the Dahigaon weir on Girna River. Total designed capacity of the scheme is 5 MLD. Totally 16 villages having population of 31,021 will be supplied water @ 55 LPCD after completion of the scheme.

At present 75% works are completed. The scheme is expected to be completed in Dec. 2003. The up to date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs. 647 lakhs.

2. Tondapur & 16 villages RRWS, Tal. Jamner.

The scheme is administratively approved for Rs. 779.78 lakhs on 1.6.98. The source of the scheme is headwork in Tondapur M.I. Tank. The total designed capacity or the scheme is 6.7 MLD. All 17 villages having total population of 29,614 will be supplied water @ the rate of 55 lpcd. At present the scheme is 90% completed & Water Supply is commissioned from July 2001.

The scheme is expected to be completed in June 03. The up-to-date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs.724.4lakhs.
