MAJOR ON GOING SCHEMES

1. Songir & 20 villages RRWS, Tal. Shinkheda, Dist. Dhule.

The scheme is administratively approved on 21.4.98. The source of the scheme is headwork in Sonvad Medium Project. The cost of the scheme is Rs. 1683 lakhs. The designed capacity of the scheme is 7 MLD. The 21 villages having total population of 33,699 (1991 census) will be supplied water @ the rate of 55 lpcd after completion.

At present 75% works are completed. The scheme is expected to be completed in Dec.2003. The up-to-date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs. 516 lakhs.

2. Fagane & 20 villages RRWS, Tal. Dhule, Dist. Dhule.

The scheme is administratively approved on 1.6.98. The source of the scheme is headwork in Bori Medium Project. The cost of the scheme is Rs. 2395.62 lakhs. The 21 villages having population of 49,082(1991 census) will be supplied water @ the rate of 55 lpcd after completion of the scheme. The designed capacity of the scheme is 13 MLD.

At present 80% works are completed. The scheme is expected to be completed in Dec.2003. The up-to-date expenditure incurred on the scheme is Rs 385 lakhs.
