I / We hereby certify that no action has been taken against me / us as defaulter on account of
any or more reason of the following while executing any of the work

        i)   Termination of Contract agreement under clause 3 (a)

        ii)   Blacklisting for any reason.

        iii)   If any document submitted by me in support of the proposal is found invalid
              even at latest stage, on proposal / registration stands cancelled, for this I have
              no objection.

       

        1.     I / we state that no partner / employee of the company is working with
                the Mahrashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran.
        2.     I / We further state that no partner or employee of the company was
                working in Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran.
        3.     I / We further state that no relative of mine / ours or partner of our company
                is / are working with Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran.
        4.     If any time any employee of the Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran
                proposed to be employed in my / our company, I / We undertake to inform
                to the registering authority before he is actually employed in my / our
                company.
        5.     The above undertaking furnished herewith is true to the best of my / our
                knowledge and belief.
